Job Application and Review
Your online application consists of providing some information about yourself and completing an online assessment.

Evaluation - Candidate Interview
For some roles you may be invited for a video interview, potentially followed by a short online assessment and a request for more information so we can do a background check. These steps are only to give you further visibility on the role, ensure that we’re a good match, and to offer all employees a safe workplace.

Virtual Pre-Hire Appointment
This is the last step in your application journey.
This is a virtual appointment where you will provide your "Right to Work Documents" over a video call. This takes 15 minutes, so you don’t need to block your day to attend. We will send you the details to join the video call.
After we have processed your documents, you will be contacted via email or telephone to schedule your Day 0.
Congratulations!

Day 0 – Onboarding and Training
You will receive an email regarding your Day 0. Your Day 0 provides you with an onboarding and training session that will prepare you for working with us on-site. The session is paid training and takes 3.5 hours to complete. Depending on the location and job you are applying for, your Day 0 may be online or it may be on-site. In some locations, your Day 0 and Day 1 will take place on the same day.
During your Day 0 you will also receive a presentation run by the Learning and Development team and Human Resources. This is followed by a Health and Safety test that you have to pass before you start working with us, it’s for you and your future colleagues’ health and safety!
